I want macaroons!!!

Scoperti e assaggiati per la prima volta due anni fa (casualmente) alla mostra di Marie Antoinette a Parigi e
mai più lasciati, soprattutto ora che si possono trovare anche in Italia, più precisamente a Milano, in Via Spadari.
Sto parlando dei coloratissimi e buonissimi macaroons. Gli originali sono quelli prodotti dalla famosa pasticceria francese Laduree che ogni stagione propone nuovi gusti ( per l'autunno fichi e datteri) e nuove confezioni che sembrano contenere più che dei pasticcini dei gioielli preziosi. In proposito negli ultimi anni sono state molte le collaborazioni con note case di moda e stilisti che hanno voluto firmare una scatola Laduree. Ultima tra queste, la collaborazione con John Galliano che per l'occasione ha creato una scatola decorata con una stampa su cui scorrono i versi di un'intera lettera d'amore e firmata con il nome dello stilista in caratteri gotici. Inoltre è stato creato appositamente un  macaroon alla rosa e zenzero ispirato alla nuova fragranza parlez-moi d'amour.

Discovered and tasted in Paris, for the first time two years ago, (by chance) at ''Marie Antoinette Exibition'' and never left, especially now that can also be found in Italy, more precisely in Milan, in Via Spadari.
I'm talking about the colorful and delicious macaroons. The originals are produced by the famous French patisserie Laduree. Every season they offer new flavors (Autumn 2010: figs and dates) and new packages that seem to be filled by precious jewels more than sweets. In recent years there have been many collaborations with many fashion brands and designers who wanted to sign a Laduree box. The last of these, was the cooperation with John Galliano. For the occasion he created a box decorated with a print showing an entire love letter, signed with the name of the designer in Gothic characters.
Also they have expressly created a macaroon rose and ginger flavored inspired by the new parlez-moi d'amour.

Ormai è diventata una tappa obbligatoria ad ogni visita milanese..... :)
Essendo una grande fan dei macaroons ho cominciato a collezionare piccoli oggetti che li ricordano...ad
es questo bracciale......

Nella boutique milanese si possono trovare oltre ai macaroons tantissimi altri prodotti del marchio  tra cui cioccolatini, marmellate, the, ma anche candele, shopping bag , libri di ricette e profumi ! Purtroppo non sono ancora disponibili i fantastici saint- honorè che ricordo con grande affetto a  Parigi!

In the Milan's Boutique you can find lots of different flavor macaroons as well as other brand products including chocolates, jams, tea, but also candles, shopping bags, recipes books and fragances! Unfortunately there is not still availability of the incredible saint-honorè that I remember with great affection in Paris!
